About the Event
The Leagues of Women Voters of Beloit and Janesville are hosting a visit to Rock County's newest park, the 178 acre Rock River Heritage County Park, Formerly known as Camp Indian Trails, it was purchased in 2022 from the Boy Scouts of America. Rock County Parks has begun its five-year update of the Rock County Parks Outdoor Recreation and Open Space (POROS) Plan. This initiative encompasses all parks, natural areas, outdoor re-creation opportunities, and trails owned and maintained by the County.
