Who is running in the 2018 Spring Election?

Janesville City Council

Six candidates are running for THREE seats:

  • Paul L. Williams (I)

The LWV-Janesville, with co-sponsors Forward Janesville and JATV, will hold a candidates forum on Thursday, March 1, 6:00-7:30 pm in the Hedberg Public Library Program Room.

Janesvile School Board of Education

Three candidates are running for THREE seats:
  • Greg Ardrey (I)
  • Steve Huth (I)
  • Carla Quirk (I)

Rock County Board of Supervisors

Four seats on the County Board are being contested this spring. They are in Districts 3, 4, 26 and 29.

District 3

District 26
District 26 covers portions of SW Janesville and parts of the Towns of Rock and Janesville.
There will be a primary election on Tuesday, Feb. 20 to reduce the field of three candidates to two. The three candidates responded to questions posed by LWVJVL.

Milton School Board of Education

Eight candidates are running for THREE seats. There will be a primary election on Tuesday, February 20 to reduce the field to six candidates for the April 3 election.
